About the job
As a Management Assistant, you will be the right-hand person for the Partners of ACTUM Digital. You will support top management and the Executive Assistant of the CEO. You must be very well organized, flexible, and have a spirit of initiative.
Your main responsibilities will be to organize and support external and internal meetings; prepare and archive materials for meetings and presentations; arrange business travels, and provide completion statements; act as the point of contact between Partners and their entrusted divisions; plan and manage multiple priorities, do administrative coordination, and general office support.
What experience should you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good English and Czech level, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive approaches to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to achieve high-performance goals in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- The ability to multitask, work extremely effectively, and do excellent follow-ups.
- Good skills with Microsoft Office applications.
- Driving licence is a plus.
